DuRite Epoxy Floors completed a durable solid-color epoxy flooring installation within Verizon's aircraft hangar at Morristown Municipal Airport. What We Did
Surface Preparation — Mechanically prepared the concrete substrate to remove contaminants, laitance, and surface imperfections while creating the proper profile for coating adhesion.
Concrete Repairs — Addressed cracks, joints, and surface imperfections as required to create a sound and uniform substrate.
Primer Application — Applied an epoxy primer to penetrate and bond with the prepared concrete substrate, providing a strong foundation for the flooring system.
Epoxy Base Coat — Applied a high-performance epoxy base coat to build a seamless, durable flooring surface capable of withstanding demanding aircraft hangar conditions.
Solid-Color Finish Coat — Applied the specified solid-color epoxy finish to provide a uniform, smooth, and durable final surface suitable for heavy-duty hangar operations.
