Our Story
A Business Built From The Ground Up
DuRite Epoxy Floors was founded in March 2003 by Marcos Veloso, whose entrepreneurial journey began long before he came to the United States. Originally from Brazil, Marcos always had the goal of building a business of his own.
His career in epoxy flooring began in 1989 with Stonhard, where he gained more than a decade of hands-on experience. He later continued developing his skills while helping manage and install flooring for another epoxy flooring company. Those years gave Marcos the experience, confidence, and vision to create a company of his own.
More than 23 years later, DuRite remains a family-owned epoxy flooring company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region.
The company has grown, but the philosophy behind it remains the
same: do the job right, pay attention to the details, treat customers fairly, and deliver a floor built to perform.
