DuRite Epoxy Floors has completed residential garage flooring projects throughout New Jersey and Connecticut, transforming single-, two-, and three-car garages with durable, seamless epoxy flooring systems.
Garage sizes have ranged from approximately 250 to 900 square feet, with each installation tailored to the homeowner's preferred finish. Systems have included flake, quartz, and solid-color epoxy, complemented by a 4" epoxy cove base for a clean, finished transition between the floor and walls.

What We Did
Surface Preparation & Repairs — Mechanically prepared concrete substrates and addressed surface imperfections to create a sound foundation for the flooring system.
Primer Application — Applied the appropriate primer to the prepared concrete substrate to promote adhesion and provide a strong foundation for the flooring system.
Epoxy Flooring System — Installed flake, quartz, or solid-color epoxy systems based on the homeowner's selected finish.
4" Epoxy Cove Base — Installed a 4" epoxy cove base around the perimeter of each garage for a clean and continuous floor-to-wall transition.
Protective Finish — Applied the appropriate protective topcoat or sealer to enhance the durability and finished appearance of the flooring system.
Detailed Installation — Carefully worked around garage doors, walls, steps, storage areas, and other existing features to create a clean and seamless finished installation.
